Business Support Manager


As Business Support Manager my role is very varied and enables me to support the business in many areas, from customer service to quality management. 

One of my responsibilities is to oversee the daily running of the business and have an in-depth knowledge of the operations of Cordell Health in order to do so. I oversee the full journey for people, from initial enquiry, through referral, appointment arrangements and the secure processing of reports. As such, I am a principal point of contact for appointments and administrative matters.

I am also a highly experienced manager of business support functions, specialising in administration systems and efficient resource management. I have many years’ experience within the occupational health sector and have worked with some of the UK’s largest corporate clients, contributing to the building of systems to enable effective communications and efficient flow of information. I have experience of running support staff teams and am the lead for integrating web-based technologies into occupational health business support at Cordell Health.
